Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Please review our refund policy below for orders that qualify for cancellation.

• 1. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a refund for the product(s) value only.
• 2. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-recoverable once the order has undergone processing.
• 3. Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• 4. Refunds are processed within 2 working days. Once processed, the credited amount may take 6 to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION – BY CUSTOMER:

• At Colorsoul, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. For orders placed through our website, you have the option to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, simply login to your account on our website and navigate to the 'Order History' section. Locate the specific order you'd like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Order' button. Please note that this option is available only for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best service possible
